13 cups rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 cup honey
1 cup vegetable or coconut oil
2 Tablespoons salt
2 Tablespoons vanilla
2 cups wheat germ
2 cups brown sugar
16 oz. coconut
2 cups sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cups water
Mix together and place on two large cookie sheets. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour stirring evey 20 minutes or until golden brown. Store in cans or plastic containers.
Makes 40 1/2 servings

yay! i've been looking for a recipe to make my own granola! you should post your yogurt recipe too. Lindsey and I were talking about how you used to make home made yogurt.
